Philippines seizes 14 used vehicles declared as trucks parts at Cebu port
The Bureau of Customs in Philippines has recently seized 14 used vehicles which were declared as truck parts and personal effects by importers when they arrived in two 40-foot containers at Cebu port.
Customs Deputy Commissioner Celso Templo who led the inspection of two 40-foot container vans in the holding area of the Cebu International Port, said seizure of smuggled used motor vehicles only signified the vigilance of the bureau’s campaign against car smuggling at Cebu port.
