Used car import in Bulgaria doubled in 2007 to 349,000 units
Sunday, January 20th, 2008The import of used cars in Bulgaria grew much faster than the import of new cars in 2007. Import of used cars doubled in 2007 to 349,000 units compared to 2006, according to recent media reports on the Internet.
Used cars make up for about 85 per cent of the total import of cars in Bulgaria.
The association of automobile dealers in Bulgaria had reported dealers in Bulgaria had reported that import of new vehicles in 2007 grew 22 per cent to 62,000 units, of which 52,000 were passenger cars.
