As of February 1, 2005, two companies of FALTEC group, Altia Co., Ltd. which mainly sells car accessories and automobile related machines, and Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. which mainly produces automobile exterior parts, merged in order to further strengthen the integrated management and started as a new company Altia Hashimoto Co., Ltd. Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. is a maker of OEM exterior parts such as front grille and splash-guard-center which are installed to vehicle at its production line of car maker. On the other hand, the main business of Altia Co., Ltd. is development and sales of accessory parts such as aero parts and floor carpet mat to be installed to lined-off vehicles. It also manufactures and sells car inspection equipment and machines.
