(The corporate name of the joint venture was later changed to Kayaku AKZO Corporation.) ,Separation of Tokyo plant and Fukuyama plant from Nippon Kayaku to establish Nippon Kayaku Tokyo Co., Ltd. and Nippon Kayaku Fukuyama Co., Ltd.
