MaruCar is the name for the youngest business division of Sano Maruka Corporation, specialized in the export of pre-owned cars. Nagoya branch was opened in March 2005 solely for the purpose of launching MaruCar division. Located inside the office building of Arbiz Corporation, MaruCar is in the best position to monitor the everyday activities of USS or USS-R. Arbiz is the 49% to 51% joint venture between us and USS, established for demolishing cars unsold at the USS-R auctions located on the same worksite. Sano Maruka Corporation was established in 1950 to be engaged in the processing of steel scraps.
